Responsibilities Handled

Provide accurate and timely earnings estimates with a competitive breadth and depth (coverage – brokers, companies, countries, listing information’s and data items). This includes a detailed analysis of the companies’ financial statements like Balance sheet, P&L A/c & Cash flow statements.


Analyze the performance of a company through the earnings releases and equityresearch reports, calculate and arrive at the numbers on the basis required by all the stake holders and publish the performance parameters such as EPS, Revenue and other operating metrics, comparable to the market expectation (street consensus).

Analyze Market Strategists (Brokers) views on estimates movements to maintain correct and current estimates. Communicate with Market Strategists (Contributing Brokers) to take clarification for questionable forecasts in order to make to ensure that their data is maintained to a high quality.


Achieve and maintain agreed internal and external customer service performance levels whilst introducing new initiatives leading to further operational efficiencies 

Do the Cause, Action and Prevention for all sub process (Estimates, Actuals & Guidance)
for all regions and share with the Data collection team to reduce the number of SRs.


To act as a source of feedback with regards to client comments, complaints and product enhancement requests. Also to highlight possible cancellation triggers sensitive situations, client training requirements and business opportunities.

· “A study on Risk measurement & Performance Evaluation of Bond Funds” in Geojit Financial Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore.
A six week project, in which I took five different bond funds of different AMC and analyze the performance on the basis of return, risk & ranked them based on that.

· “McKinsey 7-S Model” in ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd. Chennai.
It was a four week project called an in- plant training, were we studied how Mc Kinsey 7- S model is run in an organization and how it works.

· “Departmental study” in Star Plastics Pvt. Ltd. Thrissur.
The study was based on the different department which was having for the organization. The duration was for four weeks.
